An 84-run partnership succeded Wiggins' wicket with Dane Cleaver going for 29 while Will Young went for 50.

With 11 overs to go Tom Bruce and Josh Clarkson came to the crease. Clarkson went for 11 while Bruce went for 19 early on. Doug Bracewell and Will Clark provided some quick shifts scoring 17 and 15 respectively. Patel and Small scored 0 and 4 each to bring the Stags to 158.

Both Wellington openers failed to score many with Robinson and Conway going for 2. Nick Kelly and Muhammed Abbas started a partnership until Kelly went for 23. Bracewell came to the crease and played a lovely support inning guiding Muhammed Abbas to his maiden T20 50.

Abbas went for 72 while Bracewell went for 41 however the damage was done. Callum McLachlan scored 0 with van Beek and Nathan Smith carrying the torch to the end scoring 160 in 19.1 overs.

Central Hinds vs Wellington Blaze

The Hinds won the toss and elected to bat. Hollie Armitage and Nat Dodd started to set a strong base being 0 down after the power play until both fell to bring the Hinds to 47. Many stumping attempts made pressure build until Jess McFayden stumped Newton for 18.

With 5 overs to come, the Hinds were 91/3 with Wellington pinning them against the wall. Hannah Rowe and Mikaela Greig put on a 40-run partnership which ended on the last ball when Hannah Rowe was run on the last ball pushing for 2. The Hinds ended on 131/4 after their 20 overs.

The Blaze started poorly with Rebecca Burns going for 5 getting out via LBW after multiple appeals for the last few balls with Hannah Rowe getting the wicket. Jess McFayden also fell early going for 13 being caught by Flora Devonshire. At 7 overs in the Blaze were 36/2 and needed to have some magic.

Amelia Kerr and Georgia Plimmer stepped up to the crease and the game flipped. Kerr and Plimmer started hitting the ball on a deck that was a batting wicket with short boundaries. In the end, the Blaze ended on 132/2 after their 19 overs and had won the match. Kerr ended on another 50 scoring 60 with Plimmer on 43.
