Pakistan all-rounder Fatima Sana has been announced as an overseas signing for the Canterbury Magicians in the Dream 11 Super Smash this season.
Sana has played 42 LA games, 25 T20 games along with 34 ODIs and 29 T20Is. She has the highest score at the number 6 position in Women’s ODIs, making 90* against the White Ferns at Hagley Oval in the recently completed series. She’s taken 45 wickets in ODIs and 24 in T20Is.
Sana has also played for Karachi, Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, and the Barbados Royals in domestic fixtures. At the Commonwealth Games in 2022 she was the leading wicket-taker for Pakistan.
She also captained Pakistan in two ODIs on the tour to New Zealand when Nida Dar was ruled out with injury and led her side to victory in the third ODI with a victory in the Super Over.
